CALDWELL, OH 43724 For over 20 years a very special gathering of Appalachian artists and crafters on the Square in Historic Downtown Caldwell. Over 100 vendors showcase their talent alongside live entertainment, a children's play area while parents shop, and many great tasting foodstands featuring sausage, roasted chicken, homemade ice-cream, and lemonade. The 2007 festival is scheduled for June 9 and 10. Runs second weekend of June each year. Address: The Square Caldwell, Noble County
