Latham, OH 45646 Cave Lake, nestled in Ohio's Appalachian forest, is ideal for weekend, weekday and summer long family camping. We promote a drug, alcohol, and tobacco-free family camping experience. We have tent and trailer sites on our spacious 700 acrea forested property. Our four cabin rentals each sleep 4 people which includes a refrigerator and AC. The 40 acre lake offers swimming, fishing, with canoe and boat rentals offered.Other amenities offered are hot showers, laundry, restrooms, snack bar with video games and pool talble, groeries, basketball, and horseshoes. The program staff offers special youth activities during the summer season.Operated by the Ohio-West Virginia YMCA with more than 130 years of quality youth and family programming. | Directions: From Columbus, travel south on US Rt 23 to intersection of St Rt 32, take 32 west to St Rt 124, turn right onto 124, stay on 124 until you get to Bell Hollow Road in Pike County. Stay on Bell Hollow, Cave Lake is on the right. From Cincinnati, travel into Pike County on St Rt 32 east, until the intersection of St Rt 124 and follow same directions. |
